New Account Manager - Mobile Device

Log in
STEP 1

Log in using the email address and password associated with your previous version of Account Manager.
Please note that you can no longer log in with your account number.
 

Events screen
Quickly view, send and sell tickets directly from your Ticketmaster app
 
Sending Options screen
Send tickets to family and friends using their name and email address. You will receive email confirmation once the transfer is sent and when it is accepted/rejected.

Manage My Tickets screen
STEP 1

Select Manage My Tickets, choose your event and tap Send

Please note that not all tickets are eligible for transfer. If they are not, the transfer option will not be shown.

Select the tickets you'd like to transfer, select Done, followed by Confirm

 
Send Options screen
STEP 3

Enter the recipient information and select SEND . You will see a confirmation screen with recipient information shown.

You will receive another email confirmation when your ticket offer has been accepted or rejected.

Sell screen
STEP 1

Tap Manage My Tickets, choose your event, select the tickets you want to see and tap Sell
Please note that not all tickets are eligible for resale. If they are not, the resale option will not be shown.
Set Sell Price screen
STEP 2

After selecting the tickets you want to sell, enter your asking price. First time users will be prompted to enter payment information.
 
Sell Confirmation Screen
STEP 3

Your tickets will be posted to the Ticketmaster TicketExchange platform. Upon completion of sale, payment will be issued.

View All Invoices
STEP 1

Click on Invoices to view all paid/unpaid invoices on your account.

STEP 2

Select a specific invoice to view details or payment plan.

Confirm payment amount and click Continue

Send tickets to family and friends using their name and email address. You will receive email confirmation once the transfer is sent and when it is accepted/rejected.

Select tickets to transer screen
STEP 1

Select the tickets you'd like to transfer and select SEND .

Please note that not all tickets are eligible for transfer. If they are not, the transfer option will not be shown.
Enter transfer recipient details screen
STEP 2

Enter the reciepient first name, last name and email adress and select SEND. You will be taken to a confirmation screen with your recipient information shown.
You will receive another email confirmation when your ticket offer has been accepted/rejected.

Sell screen
STEP 1

Select the tickets you'd like to sell and press CONTINUE

STEP 2

After selecting the tickets you want to sell, enter your asking price, then select how you want to receive payment.

First time users will be prompted to enter payment information.
