Lions Break MLS Record With 2-1 Victory Over L.A Galaxy


Orlando City earned a 2-1 victory over the L.A Galaxy on Saturday, thanks to an early goal from Will Johnson and a 90th minute comeback by Cyle Larin. With this victory, Orlando City becomes the first team to win four consecutive home games when opening a new MLS stadium. They also are off to the most successful start in team history.

Orlando Pride Drop First Match of the Season Against Portland Thorns


Orlando Pride lost their first match of the 2017 NWSL season against the Portland Thorns on Saturday. The Pride travelled to Providence Park on Saturday, but dropped the game after an early penalty kick by Nadia Nadim and a second-half goal by Christine Sinclair. The match was the first aired on Lifetime TV.

Orlando Pride Looking To #FillTheBowl For Home Opener


Orlando Pride will play their first match in Orlando City Stadium next weekend, when the Pride face off against the Washington Spirit in Week Two. This match could mark the debut of newly acquired striker Marta, and will be the first appearance in Orlando for many Pride players acquired in the offseason. The team is looking to sell out their debut match in Orlando City Stadium.

MLS All-Stars To Face Off Against Real Madrid


MLS announced this week that Spanish giants Real Madrid will be the opponent for the 2017 MLS All-Star game. The match will take place at Soldier Field in Chicago on August 2nd. This will mark the first time that an MLS All-Star opponent comes from La Liga.
