ORLANDO, Fla. (Dec. 16, 2025) — Orlando City B has signed midfielder Justin Hylton from the Orlando City Academy to a two-year MLS NEXT Pro contract, keeping him with the Club through the 2027 season. At 18 years old, Hylton becomes the latest homegrown talent to advance along Orlando City’s development pathway.
“Justin is a player that adapted really well to our system of play in just a short period of time,” said Ricardo Moreira, Orlando City SC General Manager & Sporting Director. “He showed consistent growth in all positions he was tested and proved his value as a team player with a real hunger to improve every day. We believe his addition strengthens our group at Orlando City B, and we’re excited to see him continue to develop and make an impact at the MLS NEXT Pro level.”
During the 2025 MLS NEXT Pro regular season, Hylton made 14 appearances for Orlando City B, including six starts. He made his professional debut on June 1, 2025, against Chattanooga FC, where he recorded his first goal contribution, an assist on the game-winning goal in second-half stoppage time.
Hylton’s signing underscores Orlando City’s commitment to nurturing young talent through its integrated development system, which connects the Academy, Orlando City B and the First Team.
