MATCH RECAP: Orlando City B Falls in USL League One Opener

Montverde, FL (March 30, 2019) - Orlando City B (0-1-0, 0 points) fell to FC Tucson Saturday night at Montverde Academy. OCB created multiple chances in the first half, but after a red card was issued to the home side in the first half, FC Tucson took a two-nil advantage at the half. 

FC Tucson secured a third goal to open the half, but OCB’s Koby Osei-Wusu cut the deficit with a goal to open his Lions’ account in the 56th minute of play.

Despite several chances created late in the contest, OCB’s comeback effort came up short as FC Tucson finished the match with a 3-1 victory.

OCB will be back in action when they return home for a match next week against Toronto on Friday, April 5 at 7:30 p.m. ET at Montverde Academy

UPDATE: August 8, 2020 - Major League Soccer unveiled the framework of a revised schedule for the remainder of the 2020 season, with the League’s 25th season continuing in the home markets of the 26 clubs beginning August 12.
