Lions defender Carlos Ascues completed 95 percent of his passes last week against the Union. Ascues, who was acquired on loan on Aug. 16, started and played a full 90 minutes against Philly.

Orlando City has seven regular-season games remaining in 2018. The Lions visit Sporting KC on Saturday and Chicago next Sunday before coming home for Houston on Sept. 22. Then it’s off to Dallas and New England before hosting Seattle and Columbus. City closes out the regular season on Oct. 28 at Red Bulls.
