1 - Fantastic Firsts

The match marked the first time City scored six goals in a single MLS match and marked its highest margin of victory. Five Lions finding the back of the net were also the most in a single match. They were Orlando City’s first two three-goal halves of the season.
Scoring their first Orlando City goals were Antonio Nocerino and Yoshimar Yotun. Scoring his first MLS goal of 2017 was Seb Hines, and earning his first MLS assist was Richie Laryea. Dom Dwyer blasted his first goal at Orlando City Stadium in the 84th minute.

Cyle Larin’s 84th-minute assist to Dom Dwyer was his third assist of 2017, which ties his career-high set in 2016. It was the third time Larin and Dwyer combined for a goal in the last four games, after Dwyer found Larin for goals in D.C. and Atlanta. Larin’s next shot on goal will tie his own single-season team record of 33 set in 2016. Larin has three goals and an assist in his last five games.
Kaká earned his first brace of 2017 Wednesday against New England. The Captain now has three career MLS braces, his first two coming in consecutive matches against NYCFC and Montreal in 2016.
Antonio Nocerino’s next appearance will be his 50th in MLS for Orlando City; Scott Sutter’s next will be his 30th. If he plays, Sut- ter will be the third Lion to reach 30 MLS appearances this season (Joe Bendik, Giles Barnes).

Dom Dwyer and Cyle Larin combined for a goal for the third time in four games in Wednesday’s victory over New England. Dwyer found Larin for the opening goal in D.C. and for City’s third goal in Atlanta.
