Montreal Impact striker Didier Drogba made a statement in his first match starting for the Montreal Impact. The Ivorian legend scored a hat trick against the Chicago Fire leading the Canadian side to a 4-3 victory, and three points in the tight Eastern Conference race.

Jurgen Klinsmann adds three players for match against Brazil
After the United States defeated Peru 2-1 last Friday night, USMNT coach Jurgen Klinsmann has added three players to the roster for Tuesday nightā€™s matchup against Brazil. Sean Johnson (Chicago Fire), Michael Bradley (Toronto FC), and Jordan Morris (Stanford) have all been added to the roster. William Yarborough (LĆ©on), and Matt Besler (Sporting KC) have been released to their respected clubs.

Minnesota United FC is closing in on a stadium deal according to reports
According to the Star Tribune, Minnesota United FC are set to close on a deal which will have their soccer-specific stadium built in St. Paul, Minnesota. According to the article, the stadium is expected to cost $150 million dollars, and have 18,000 seats. The venue will be built in a vacant lot in the heart of St. Paul.
