What is paperless ticketing?

With paperless ticketing you are able to enter the stadium without the need of a physical ticket. No more worries about losing a ticket or realizing you left your ticket at home. You can use our mobile LionNation app, available free from the app store and play store, or alternatively you can go to your ticketing AccountManager via the browser on your smartphone to access your ticket. Just scan your ticket upon entry as if it was a physical ticket, and you’re in!

How do I get the LionNation App?

The LionNation app is free on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. You can also manage your tickets by logging into your ticketing AccountManager. Your username is your email address. (If it’s your first time logging in you’ll need to select ‘Forgot Your Password’ to have a temporary password sent to you).

How do I manage my tickets on the app?

Paperless ticketing is the safest, most convenient and flexible way to receive and manage tickets. You’re probably already using your smartphone to attend movies or when you travel, so why not for live events? Paperless tickets provide:

  • Quick and easy entry to the stadium using your smartphone.
  • The ability to manage, transfer or sell your tickets at any time.
  • Reduced risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit or forgotten tickets.
  • An easy way to go green by printing less paper

Entry into the stadium

How do I pull up my ticket?

Once you have accessed your ticketing account, you will see all your tickets for upcoming games under the "View Tickets" tab on the website or on the tickets tab in the app.

Simply tap on the event you wish to view tickets for, and you'll see your digital ticket. If you have multiple tickets you can swipe left and right to view them. For entry into the stadium, just scan this ticket at the gate pedestal.

How far in advance can I access my tickets?

Tickets will be available as soon as you purchase your tickets.

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes. Once you tap on the game in question, you will be able to swipe left and right through the available tickets. However, we encourage you to send a ticket to each person in your group so that they may easily travel throughout the stadium on game days and earn points toward their LionNation membership! LionNation members are able to earn points by attending the game and purchasing food and beverage, as well as merchandise. Those points can then be used to gain access to exclusive experiences!

Can I use a screenshot of my ticket?

No, screenshots of tickets will not be accepted, as our mobile tickets include an animation to ensure the tickets are verified. Mobile tickets must be presented within the app, the mobile website, or within your smartphone’s wallet.

What if I lose connectivity / can’t connect to my account?

We encourage you to download your tickets to your LionNation app before heading to the game, and store them in the wallet on your smartphone. If you access the tickets within the LionNation app prior to losing connectivity (such as at home before heading to the match), the ticket will be saved within the app. If your tickets are on a mobile web browser, avoid clearing out your browser history until after the event.

What is the alternative option if my phone breaks, dies, is lost or stolen on game day or prior to arriving?

If do not have a smartphone for any reason, you’ll need to visit the Box Office (located at Gate A on Church Street), on game day. Please have a valid ID for the name on the account.

What if my phone breaks, dies, is lost or stolen after I’m in the stadium and I have no ticket to show the usher? If you need ticket assistance after you’re in the stadium, please visit the Guest Services booth located across from Section 1.

What if my entire party isn’t with me when I enter the stadium?

You’ll need to transfer each member their ticket individually if they are not entering with you. Each person entering the stadium will need a ticket at time of entry.

Transferring Tickets

What if I’m not going to the game, but I purchased tickets?

If you bought the tickets for a friend or family member, you will need to transfer the tickets to them which you can do through the LionNation app. It’s easy – select the game you would like to manage, select ‘Transfer Tickets’ and enter the email address. Once you transfer tickets, the recipient will receive an email notification. They will need to accept the transfer at which point the tickets will be in their account. (They must ‘accept the transfer’ to access the tickets.)

How do I accept tickets someone has sent me?

Click on the "View Tickets" tab on the Orlando City AccountManager website, and you should see all Incoming Ticket Offers. Click accept to complete the transfer of the ticket. You can only access pending incoming transfers on the AccountManager website at this time.

Does the person I send the tickets to need an account?

Yes. If they don’t have one already, they will need create a ticketing account in the acceptance process. You can create a ticketing AccountManager account here.

What if I forward tickets to the wrong email address? Can I recall tickets I’ve sent?

As long as the tickets have not been accepted by the recipient, you can cancel a transfer within the LionNation app or within your online AccountManager.

When is the cutoff to transfer tickets?

Tickets may be transferred throughout the game. Once the ticket is scanned, it will no longer be available for entry into the stadium.
