Orlando Pride Head Coach Marc Skinner:
“I thought it was good in spells. I want to be a perfectionist with this team, regardless of the result. I want to make sure we are performing and controlling as much of the game as possible and I thought we did that in good spells, more spells than we did against North Carolina. Obviously, it’s a different level opposition but I thought [USF] did really well. They were pressing us hard. But, again, in my brain and for my personality, I want to have a little bit more control.”

Scoring Summary:

1’ Chioma Ubogagu - ORL 1, USF 0
The Pride jump out of the gate with their first goal less than a minute into the match, courtesy of Chioma Ubogagu. After building up the field, Ubogagu took her defender one-on-one to the left and drove a shot into the opposite side of the goal.
