Breaking Down the XI: Dwyer Returns to the Lineup

It’s a Wednesday night showdown between Orlando City and the Seattle Sounders as the 2018 MLS season begin’s to wind down.


In the back, Adam Grinwis will make his first consecutive start of the season. Grinwis recorded four saves in Saturday’s match against the Revolution and was named to the MLS Team of the Week bench following his performance.


In front of him from left to right, Will Johnson, Lamine Sané, Shane O’Neill, and Scott Sutter will form the backline.


Uri Rosell returns to the starting lineup tonight for the first time since September 22. He’ll be joined by Carlos Ascues, who has started every match since he was acquired in August.


Chris Mueller, Sacha Kljestan, and Cristian Higuita will make up for forward midfield. Higuita has scored a career high four goals this season. His previous high was one in both 2015 and 2016.


Up top, Dom Dwyer returns after serving a yellow card suspension against the Revolution.
