How would you describe your art style?
My main illustration influences are animation and comic books, so the style is reminiscent of those mediums. Generally speaking, I try to keep a versatile style, letting the different projects dictate the direction of the image.
How long did it take to complete this piece? What is your art process?
I worked on it over several days, a few hours each night. I had a different image and idea initially that I changed towards the end, so in many ways, I started over.
Where are you from?
I was born in Puerto Rico, but I've lived in the Orlando area since I was very young and grew up here.
What does it mean to you to be a part of the growing art culture in Orlando?
The Orlando creative community is amazing. It's full of generous and amazing designers and artists. Being a part of this community has helped me grow as a creative and educator.
How did you get into art?
I've always wanted to be an artist, whether a designer, illustrator, or animator since I was very young, and I'm fortunate to be able to do what I love.
