Yoshi, How We Missed You
Itās good to have Yoshi back, isnāt it? I missed his tacklesā¦.
His attempts from long distanceā¦
His heads up passes that spring a counterā¦
Weāre glad to have you home, Yoshi!
The Landlord (aka Earl Edwards Jr.)
Letās be honest, Earlās first professional start wasnāt a fair shake. It was the end of the season with nothing to play for. There was a lot to play for on Saturday and The Landlord paid the rent ā or collected, that works better I think.
From big time saves.
To pinpoint distribution.
James OāConnor is preaching that press. Here is what it can do.

The Subtleties of a Goal
This seems like a pretty bang-bang play, but there is a lot more going on here when you break it down. Fist, look how the quick restart from Kljestan catches Toronto off guard. The close down is so slow that it gives Dom time to put a lot on this shot.
Now look at Schuler. This wasnāt a lucky bounce. Schuler takes off for the net looking for a potential rebound as soon as Dwyer strikes the ball leaving him all alone for an easy header.
The Subtleties of a Goal Part 2
Welcome back for another installment of āThe Subtleties of a Goalā. So youāve heard James OāConnor preach playing out of the back. Notice how stretched Toronto is on this play? There is the impact. It not only gives Mueller the space to play this long pass, but it gives Dom plenty of space to receive and make the turn. Speaking of spaceā¦.
Watch Sacha Kljestanās run and how it pulls a potential double team away from Dwyer. If you give Dom Dwyer space, heās going to score and that is what this play was all about.
