Domenico Criscito Interested In MLS


The 29-year-old Italian national Domenico Criscito expressed interest earlier this week in a possible move to Major League Soccer (MLS). Criscito currently plays in the Russian Premier League, although he spent five seasons playing in his home nation of Italy, in Serie A. Criscito is one of many young Europeans looking for a possible move to the United States.

De Jong Suspension Coming


LA Galaxy Head Coach Bruce Arena says that a suspension is coming for De Jong, who received a yellow card for a tackle against Portland midfielder Darlington Nagbe. There has been a lot of buzz about the yellow card, but Coach Arena thinks that the media has created a “hysteria,” despite De Jong’s history of rough tackles.

Which MLS Club Has Been the Biggest Surprise in 2016?


Six weeks into the season, ESPN analysts looked at who were the biggest surprises so far this season. Is it the defending champions, who have only five points in their first six games? Or is it Real Salt Lake, who despite ending the last season in a relatively weak position, have 11 points in five matches and have yet to lose a game?
