Tally Hall Nominated for MLS Save of the Week

Orlando City’s goalkeeper, Tally Hall, impressed from the first minute to the last against New England Revolution last weekend. Hall had six big saves during the game, each one as spectacular as the last. MLSSoccer.com have nominated Hall’s 55th minute save for their Save of the Week.

The Revolution’s Chris Tierney found the ball at his feet in the box. He struck it with his laces and looked sure that he had scored after it deflected. Hall, while diving to his bottom left corner, used his lightning fast reflexes when the ball changed direction and got a foot in the way, holding off the Revolution one more time.

Hall’s overall performance at the weekend was incredible. All six saves could have been strong contenders for Save of the Week. He will be confident going into this weekend’s match against Sporting Kansas City after his inspired display on the road.

Hall has been nominated for Save of the Week four times this season, and this week he looks like a strong candidate to win. You can vote for your Orlando City goalkeeper here.
