In just 13 games with Orlando City, the most recent #1 MLS SuperDraft selection has scored six goals and been a surprisingly important part of the team in their first season. He also recently became the first Canadian since Dwayne DeRosario to score three goals in three games for his country.

The change offers teams $500,000 over the next five seasons to spend on players in the hope that it will improve the on-field product.
