Things To Do

Columbus Zoo and AquariumPay a visit to one of the best zoos in America and the home to famous zoologist, Jack Hanna. The zoo is home to more than 9,000 animals representing 650 species from around the globe.

Hollywood Casino
Let’s be honest, there really isn’t a lot going on in Columbus, so just make your way to the Casino where you can drink and hopefully win some cash to spend on more drinks or on another OCSC away game.

German Village
An original neighborhood settled by German immigrants in the late 1800's. At one time the area was badly in need of an overhaul and property values were so low that they became interesting for many artistic and energetic "young professionals" who had a vision to turn the area around. And that they did! Now it has grown to be one of the more popular area's of the capital city.

Bars and Restaurants

Fourth Street
Let me tell you what you’re going to do Saturday: You’re going to go to Fourth Street (the AO bar) grab brunch and then start pounding $3.50 Jack, Jameson and Fireball. It’s not tailgating, but it’ll do.

The Crest Gastro Pub
The Crest has become the city’s best beer bar for many, many reasons, from its stellar patio and rooftop garden to a local-centric menu to their 60 taps-worth of beer.

Hang Over Easy
I told you where to go Saturday, but this is where you go on Sunday before you head back to Orlando. After all, you’re going to need something to soak up all that beer you drank the night before. And like their motto says “We are the perfect place to cure your hangover-or keep the party going.”
