ORLANDO, Fla. (Dec. 13, 2025) – Orlando City SC today announced the departure of Fabián Bazán, Assistant Coach, Fitness and Performance, by mutual decision.
“We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Fabián for his dedication and commitment throughout his six years with the Club,” said Orlando City SC General Manager & Sporting Director Ricardo Moreira. “We wish him nothing but success in the next chapter of his career.”
Bazán departs the Club after six seasons in the City Beautiful. He joined Head Coach Oscar Pareja’s staff in Orlando ahead of the 2020 campaign after previously serving on Pareja’s staff across various clubs since 2015. During his tenure, Bazán was part of the technical staff that helped guide the Club to its first trophy of the MLS era—the 2022 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup—as well as qualify to two Concacaf Champions Cup appearances (2023, 2024) and reach an active MLS record streak of six consecutive Audi MLS Cup Playoffs berths.
