When the Orlando City Youth Soccer Network (OCYSN) was announced just over a year ago, the Club did so with the intention of providing extensive development opportunities to youth soccer players in the Greater Orlando area. And on Wednesday night, 31 players from the Orlando City Soccer School-Seminole reaped the rewards from their dedication and drive on the field.
Hosted at Exploria Stadium, the home for both Orlando City SC of Major League Soccer and the Orlando Pride of the National Women’s Soccer League, the Club welcomed the group of players who have all received full or partial scholarships to play soccer at the collegiate level. The “Senior Night” took place in the West Club of the venue, bringing the student athletes, parents and guardians together to recognize their accomplishment, sport their colleges in photo opportunities and receive an exclusive tour of Exploria Stadium.
