OCB friendlies

ORLANDO, Fla. – Feb. 16, 2016 – Orlando City B today announced its full preseason schedule in preparation for the 2016 United Soccer League (USL) campaign. All friendlies are open to media only.  

Among the opponents to be faced are the U-23 Colombian national team, Major League Soccer (MLS) side Toronto FC, USL Western Conference Finalist Oklahoma City Energy FC and one of the nation’s top college soccer program— Eastern Florida State College (EFSC)

The Lions have already played two of its preseason matches, defeating Stetson University 1-0 on Saturday, Feb. 6, and overpowering the University of Central Florida 4-0 on Sunday, Feb. 14.

“We’re absolutely excited for the series of competitive fixtures that we have prepared to get the team ready four our 2016 USL season,” said OCB Head Coach Anthony Pulis. “We want to continue our successful history in the league while developing our young talent and we are confident that facing some of these top squads in the next weeks will be instrumental to achieve this.”

Orlando City B opens the 2016 USL season at the Eastern Florida State College’s (EFSC) stadium Titan Soccer Complex on Mar. 26 against the Wilmington Hammerheads. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET.
