NASHVILLE,Ā Tenn. (MarchĀ 21, 2026) – Orlando City SC (1-4-0, 3 points)Ā fell 5-0 toĀ Nashville SC (4-0-1, 13Ā points)Ā in their visit toĀ GEODIS ParkĀ on Saturday night.

Cristian EspinozaĀ opened the scoring earlyĀ with a long-rangeĀ strikeĀ just five minutes into the match. Duncan McGuire nearly equalized a few minutes later afterĀ being played through on goal, butĀ Brian SchwakeĀ madeĀ a point-blankĀ save toĀ maintainĀ the home side’s advantage. Nashville would double their leadĀ before half when Sam Surridge converted a penalty kick in the 28th minute of play after Jeisson Palacios was fouled in the box.Ā Griffin DorseyĀ thenĀ struck the post near the hour mark beforeĀ Surridge’sĀ hatĀ trickĀ andĀ WarrenĀ Madrigal’sĀ volleyedĀ effortĀ put the game out ofĀ reach.

Orlando City will not be back in action untilĀ next monthĀ as the league pauses for a FIFA international window. The Lions willĀ travel to CaliforniaĀ to take onĀ LAFCĀ atĀ BMO StadiumĀ on April 4 at 9:30 p.m. ET (Apple TV).
