ORLANDO, Fla. — The 2024 MLS SuperDraft, presented by adidas, had it all.
Trades, surprising picks and more happened all across North America, and by the end of the night, Orlando City SC had selected four talented players.
The Lions opened the draft by taking midfielder Jeorgio Kocevski at No. 21 overall out of Syracuse University and finished out their first-round picks selecting forward Yutaro Tsukada from West Virginia University with the No. 25 overall pick. In the second round, Orlando selected midfielder Filip Mirkovic from the University of Pittsburgh and closed out the draft by selecting midfielder Riyon Tori from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
