Doyle, Watt lift Orlando Pride to friendly victory over Kansas City Current

ORLANDO, Fla. — The Orlando Pride continued preseason play on Thursday with a 2-0 shutout victory over the Kansas City Current at Exploria Stadium.

Julie Doyle opened the scoring with her second exhibition goal just 40 seconds into the match. Ally Watt then doubled Orlando's advantage in the second half to seal a second straight win to open the exhibition slate.

The Pride will travel to University of Central Florida on Tuesday for another closed-door match before facing Florida State University on Saturday, March 4.
