100 - Homegrown Hundred

Benji Michel is set to become the first Homegrown in Orlando City history to reach 100 games played for the club in all competitions if he appears on Saturday against Inter Miami. Michel has 17 goals and eight assists in 99 games for Orlando, already carving out a place in history as the first Orlando City Academy player to score a competitive goal for the Lions.

9 - Setting the Tempo

El Maestro Mauricio Pereyra continues to climb the league’s assist leaders chart, adding another to his tally Monday night to bring him to nine on the season. Only FC Cincinnati’s Luciano Acosta, with 10, has Pereyra beat for assists among all MLS players. Pereyra’s next assist will make him the first Orlando City player ever to record multiple double-digit assist seasons.

27 - Getting Your Money's Worth

MLSSoccer.com’s Tom Bogert analyzed the production of all MLS Designated Players this year, and his number crunching produced an encouraging sign for Orlando City fans. The Lions’ three DPs – Ercan Kara, Facundo Torres and Mauricio Pereyra – have more combined goals and assists (27) than any other set of DPs in MLS this season. All three of City’s DPs have exactly nine goal contributions this season.

44.4% - Breakout Campaign-a

Orlando City faces Inter Miami in the ninth edition of this budding rivalry this Saturday at 8 p.m. ET at Exploria Stadium. Miami’s big-time center forward is not Argentine star Gonzalo Higuaín, but 21 year-old Wolves loanee Leonardo Campana, who has supplanted “Pipita” as the starting No. 9 for Miami. Campana has scored eight of Miami’s 18 goals this year, which accounts for 44.4% of their total offense, including an 89th-minute equalizer in Dallas on July 4.
