30 - Pulpo back

Pedro Gallese is back with Orlando City and available to return on Saturday against Toronto. Should he start, the game would be Gallese’s first appearance in purple since May 29, when he left to join up with the Peruvian national team ahead of CONMEBOL World Cup Qualifying and Copa América. Gallese shone at the latter event, recording a tournament-high 30 saves and winning a penalty-kick shootout against Paraguay as Peru went to the semifinals.

.35 and .33 - Playmakers making plays

Orlando City is blessed with two of the top 10 players in MLS in expected assists per 90 minutes this season, a stat that measures how often players put their teammates in good positions to score. Chris Mueller ranks sixth in the league at 0.35, while Mauricio Pereyra is right behind him at 0.33.

108 - Making history

Chris Mueller has come a long way since being picked sixth overall out of Wisconsin in the 2018 MLS SuperDraft. The forward is now a full United States international and a published author. He can soon add another title – most-capped Orlando City player of all time. With his next competitive appearance, which could very well come this Saturday against Toronto, Mueller will tie Cristian Higuita for the club record with 108 appearances for Orlando City in all competitions.

1.67 - Road warriors

Despite last week’s loss to Chicago Fire FC, Orlando City still ranks at the top of the Eastern Conference in away points per game at 1.67, with three wins, two losses and one draw. Only Seattle (2.00) and the LA Galaxy (1.80) have a better road mark than the Lions across the entire league.
