Hylton Doubles Up
Forward Justin Hylton recorded the first professional brace of his career, scoring twice on rebounds for his second and third goals of the 2026 MLS NEXT Pro season in Orlando City B's 2-2 draw against Columbus Crew 2. His first professional goal came in Orlando City B's 5-2 win over Chattanooga FC on May 31. The 18-year-old joins Gustavo Caraballo and Pedro Leão as the only Lions to record a brace in MLS NEXT Pro this season.
Fighting for the Crown
Orlando City B is 4W-2L-3D in its series against Crown Legacy FC in MLS NEXT Pro play. The Lions earned points in all three meetings in 2025, posting two wins and one draw. The sides also drew in their first meeting of 2026 on May 3, with Crown Legacy FC claiming the extra point by converting all five attempts in the end-of-regulation shootout compared to Orlando City B's four.
Decided from the Spot
Orlando City B's 2-2 draw against Columbus Crew 2 marked the club's fifth end-of-regulation shootout appearance of the 2026 MLS NEXT Pro season. The Lions have claimed the extra point in three of those five shootouts, defeating Inter Miami CF II on March 22, Carolina Core FC on April 19 and Chicago Fire FC II on April 26.
Back from International Duty
Midfielder Gustavo Caraballo and defender Clovis Archange returned to the Orlando City B lineup against Columbus Crew 2 following U-20 international duty. Caraballo made his 10th appearance of the 2026 MLS NEXT Pro season, his first since May 10 against Atlanta United 2 after joining Venezuela's U-20 national team. Archange appeared for the first time since May 24 against Inter Miami CF II following a stint with Canada's U-20 side. He has made five appearances, including two starts, for OCB this season.
