ORLANDO, Fla. (July 21, 2016) – In less than two years in Major League Soccer, Orlando City supporters have built a passionate and energetic reputation, boasting one of the most intimidating home atmospheres in the league.

Starting in 2017, supporters will have more to be proud of as the Club opens its new home. Season ticket renewal notices have been delivered to 2016 season ticket members for Orlando City’s 2017 season. The deadline to renew is Monday, Aug. 1. Unclaimed ticket packages will be available to fans on the waitlist.

“This is an exciting time for the Club with over 65 percent of the stadium’s construction phase behind us,” Orlando City SC Founder and President Phil Rawlins said. “We encourage fans to drive by the construction site or see the progress on our website’s live viewer [available here] to see how much our partners have accomplished.”

The 25,500-seat stadium, located just two blocks from Amway Center, will be covered by canopies on all sides to amplify crowd noise and protect fans from the elements. It will feature North America’s first and only full safe-standing supporters’ section thanks to the overwhelming fan request. The supporters’ section will not have seats, and instead will have railings with cup holders to ensure fan (and drink) safety.

In addition to the elevated accommodations in The Wall, fans will enjoy incredible views from anywhere in the stadium, from Field Level through 100 Level, as the natural grass field will be sunken eight feet below ground level. The Field Level will be below street level encompassing the first few rows of seating, while 100 Level seats will begin right at street level.

The stadium will have two club levels on the east and west sides of the stadium. Members of both clubs will be able to enjoy complimentary food and beverages. For those looking for something more, a private, full bar with liquor and imported beer will be available. West Club members will also have more dining options, an air-conditioned, indoor viewing area and reserved outdoor seating, complete with a private entrance on the stadium’s west side.

To facilitate in-stadium purchases, Orlando City SC is working with Spectra by Comcast Spectacor to develop an app that will allow fans in midfield 100 Level sections 133, 134 and 135 to order food and have it delivered to their seat directly.

While the stadium will be equipped with 31 suites, only two remain available for purchase.

Fans can see their seating view through the Virtual Venue seating map.
