JetBlue Airways Named Official Domestic Airline partner of Orlando City SC

ORLANDO, Fla. – Jan. 13, 2016 –JetBlue Airways, an award-winning airline known for its customer experience, joins Orlando City SC’s family of partners as the Official Domestic Airline for the Club. 
Fun is one of JetBlue's core corporate values. This partnership includes close collaboration on community projects as well as a fan activation. Throughout all 17 regularly-scheduled MLS matches at the Orlando Citrus Bowl, JetBlue will execute the Upgrade of the Game—a promotion awarding two lucky fans with roundtrip travel certificates to and from to any JetBlue destination.

The Upgrade of the Game promotion will launch on Sunday, March 6, during the Lions season opener against Western Conference side Real Salt Lake—the only other MLS team partnership currently in place.


Additional partnership collaborations include in-game signage, as well as strong presence across radio and website promotions. 


Orlando is one of JetBlue's six focus cities. JetBlue currently employs nearly 1,400 crewmembers in Central Florida at its Orlando Support Center, JetBlue University, Orlando International Airport and its Orlando maintenance hangar. More than 7,000 crewmembers visit the training facility each year for new-hire orientation and recurrent training. All crewmembers, including pilots and flight attendants, attend training at JetBlue University before they step into uniforms and out into the airport environment.
