As a coach, Halfpenny began her career in the collegiate ranks as Head Coach of Mount Ida College (MA) / Assistant Athletic Driector in 2001 and remained there until 2005. Shortly afterwards, Halfpenny took over as the Technical Director at Mount Laurel Soccer Club (NJ) from 2006-2010. Halfpenny is currently on the ODP Region 1 coaching staff. Halfpenny is also a British American Chamber of Commerce Board Member 2014 and the 2014 Florida Youth Soccer Competitive Coach of the Year.
A graduate of Mount Ida College, MA she graduated Valedictorian of her undergraduate class, before pursuing her M.B.A at Columbia Southern University.
As General Manager, Halfpenny oversees the day to day operations of the Business and Operations side of the Youth organization.

We are delighted to announce Paul Shaw will be promoted to Technical Director for the 2017-18 season. Paul will provide technical direction to all girls & boys technical programs. He will responsible for player and coach development as well as oversee all program coordinators/managers. Paul Shaw started his career at Arsenal joining the club as a 14 year old. He joined full time at 16 and played in the youth, reserves and First team during his 6 years at the club. At 17 he signed a Professional contract at Arsenal. During this time Paul also played for England Youth in the European Championships. At Arsenal he played under coaches such as Pat Rice, George Graham and was in the First Team squad for Arsene Wenger's first 18 months as manager. Paul was actually in Arsene Wenger very first squad for a Champions League game away against Borussia Moenchengladbach. He scored 2 goals for the first team both against Southampton. Paul played as a striker with many Arsenal legends such as Dennis Bergkamp, Ian Wright, Paul Merson and Patrick Viera. One of Paul's proudest achievements is being part of the 'Spirit of Highbury' which is a monument that can be found outside the Emirates Stadium that shows the 482 players that have played for Arsenal.
He moved onto Millwall then Gillingham. At both clubs he won the Player of the Year Awards. He then joined Sheffield Utd under Neil Warnock before joining Rotherham, Chesterfield then moving overseas to play for Hungary's biggest club Ferencvaros. He was the first Englishman to play in Hungary. Paul captained Ferencvaros to winning the second division by a record 17 points.Paul played over 450 professional games in a career that spanned over 20 years.
Alan Hough has been a Director and coach of elite youth players for over ten years. Alan has a proven track record of developing players and preparing them for the next level. Hough has helped guide players into youth national teams and other player identification programs such as US Club Soccer ID2 and PDP, US Soccer National Training centers and USYS ODP.
Also during his time at in the U.S., Alan has developed a network of contacts with both men’s and women’s college coaches at all levels of within the collegiate system, and as a result assisted in educating and placing student athletes into college.As a bi-product of producing high level players, Hough has had continued success on the field winning numerous prestigious tournaments-such as the Disney Showcase, CASL Tournament, and the Y League National Championship. Hough also took numerous teams to the Florida Youth Soccer Association (FYSA) State Cup semi-finals and finals.
Junior Girls Coordinator
Sam Mitchell joins us from Rollins College helping steer them to their successful season in program history finishing SSC Champions and NCAA DII National Runners Up in 2014.
Sam began his coaching career at Watford FC, England in the Youth and Center of Excellence, whilst playing at the semi professional level. Upon moving to the US, Sam was appointed Assistant Coach at VSI Tampa Bay U23 and USL Pro Team as well as Head of the U20 team. In addition to his professional duties, Sam coached in the VSI affiliated ECNL program, leading the U17 team to the National Finals in 2014.

Stephen is one of Orlando City Youth Soccer's longest serving staff members. Stephen oversees the Community Programs; Little Lions, Junior Lions and Developmental Lions as well as having a keen interest in Coaching Education. Stephen starred internationally for England Futsal. He is one of England's most capped futsal players.

Little Lions Program Manager
Alberto oversees the Little Lion and Little Lions in Schools programs. He is licensed to coach in K-12 Seminole and Orange County Schools and has a wealth of experience in school aged programs. He is currently pursuing an Undergraduate Degree in English Literature at UCF.
Director of Youth Goalkeeping
Barocas is an Averett University Alum where he started all four years from 1998-2001. Barocas is part of the NSCAA National Staff where he helps with the Goalkeeper Academy. Since 2012, Barocas has been part of the US Soccer Training Center staff and US Club Soccer PDP staff.

Tournament / Events Director
Dan is responsible for the trilogy of tournaments hosted by Orlando City Soccer. The OC Cup & festival serve over 200 and 150 teams respectively from the Florida area. The Junior Pro Tournament, our newest tournament, is for junior aged teams from Professional and elite level clubs. Clubs from Texas, Michigan, Georgia, North Carolina, Massachusetts, Virginia are among the states represented at the Junior Pro.

One of Orlando City's longest serving staff members, Tanya has been Club Registrar and overseen administration since 2008. During her tenure, Tanya has served on FYSA regional board's as District Commissioner and participated in the administration of both State and Region Cups. Tanya oversees player and team registration, player and team accounts and front office.
Joanne is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a background in business. She has worked in property management as a General Manager for Central Parking System. Her experience with overseeing the city operations for Orlando included developing accounts, overseeing a Management Team, Facilities, and Field Employees, as well as Administrative Office Staff. Joanne dealt directly with P&L variance reports and worked with an annual budget development of over $18 million in total revenue, as well as a city wide cost containment program including: overtime, cash control issues, and city inventory. She also brings experience as a manager of Accounts Payable and Purchasing Supervisor through her past positon as a Career Development Analyst for Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation.
Dan graduated from University of Central Lancashire in 2012 with an undergraduate degree in Sports Coaching. As Operations Coordinator Dan will be responsible for field assignment for training & games, as well as game day coordination.
William is both English and Spanish speaking and serves as Assistant Registrar. He primarily works with US Club registrations and assists the registration of USYS players and teams.
