The Story:
- The Orlando Pride and Portland Thorns split their 2025 regular season series, with the home side claiming a 1-0 victory in each meeting. When the Pride traveled to Providence Park earlier this year, Portland’s lone goal matched the fewest goals Orlando has ever allowed the Thorns in an away match.
- Kerry Abello enters the match on the heels of an incredible strike against Racing Louisville FC. Her 33.5-yard goal was the longest scored in the NWSL this season and marked her first goal of 2025.
- With Abello finding the back of the net against Louisville, she became the sixth different player to score one of the Pride’s last six regular-season goals dating back to May.
