The Story:
- The Pride have lost just once in their last six regular-season meetings against North Carolina, earning three wins and two draws. Orlando secured a 1-0 victory over the Courage earlier this season thanks to Barbra Banda’s dramatic 87th-minute winner, and will now look to secure a season sweep of North Carolina for the first time since 2017.
- With Barbra Banda away at the Women’s African Cup of Nations, the Pride showcased their attacking depth against Chicago. Five different Orlando players recorded at least four shots in the match, marking just the fourth occurrence in NWSL history and the first since 2018.
- Anna Moorhouse enters the weekend on the verge of making club history. Her two saves against Chicago brought her level with Ashlyn Harris for the most regular-season saves in Orlando Pride history with 289.
