ORLANDO, Fla. (Aug. 19, 2026) — The Orlando Pride (7-11-2, 23 points) have loaned forward Simone Jackson to Sweden’s FC Rosengård through June 2027, the club announced today.
Jackson joined the Pride in the middle of the 2025 season and has made 20 appearances, scored one goal and recorded one assist across all competitions for Orlando.
Prior to signing with the Pride, Jackson finished her collegiate career with 75 matches played, 22 goals scored and 13 assists during her four years at the University of Southern California. In her senior year in 2024, she played a career-high 1,304 minutes for the Trojans and scored six goals, which were second-most on the team and tied her single-season career high.
Based in Malmö, Sweden, FC Rosengård plays in the Damallsvenskan, the highest division of women’s soccer in Sweden. Current Pride forward Marta previously played for the Nordic side from 2014-17.
