Orlando Pride announces 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup watch party schedule

ORLANDO, Fla. (July 17, 2023) — With the start of the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup just days away, the Orlando Pride has announced it will host official Watch Parties for four upcoming matches of the tournament, which is being played across Australia and New Zealand.

The Watch Party schedule will kick off on July 21 at Pride Pub partner À Brasileira, when the U.S. Women’s National Team plays Vietnam in its first game of the tournament, beginning the nation’s quest for a World Cup three-peat. It will be the first of two USWNT watch parties hosted at À Brasileira, with a second on July 26 for the USWNT’s second Group E match against the Netherlands. Both matches will kick off at 9 p.m. ET. 

Pride fans will have the opportunity to cheer on their three Brazilian stars on the morning of July 24, a breakfast time match against Group F opponent Panama. Club captain Marta, forward Adriana and newly-signed defender Rafaelle will start play in the tournament in a 7 a.m. ET match, with the watch party hosted at Brazilian bakery Pão Gostoso.

The Club will host its final watch party on Aug. 20 for the 2023 Women’s World Cup Final at the soon-to-be-unveiled Orlando City Soccer School-Millenia. The Final will kick off at 6 a.m. ET, crowning the champion of the ninth FIFA Women’s World Cup.
