Orlando City Bolsters Executive Team, Names Reis CIO, Schulze VP of Finance - Renato Reis - CIO

ORLANDO – Oct. 8, 2015
– Orlando City SC today announced it has hired two executives to its senior management team, further strengthening its front office as it looks ahead to launch strategic initiatives in 2016 and beyond.

Renato Reis has been named Chief Information Officer (CIO). In this role, Reis will direct the planning and implementation of IT systems in support of the Club’s strategic plan and business needs, including budgeting, staffing and all IT-related programs and projects. Reis will report to Chief Executive Officer Alex Leitão.


John Schulze has been named VP of Finance, responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the Club including financial planning, reporting and analysis.   Schulze will report to Orlando City Founder and President Phil Rawlins.

Reis joins Orlando City following a nearly 20 year technology career, having worked with such well known firms like IBM, Sybase and Progress Software. Most recently, Reis worked with Salesforce.com as an Innovation Programs Director in their Ignite team, advising Fortune 100 executives on change innovation to maximize return on their technology investments.


Schulze has spent over two decades in professional sports within ticketing and financial roles for the San Francisco Giants, the Cleveland Indians and the Cleveland Browns, where he was most recently their Director of Ticket Operations.
