"My daughter Lindsey has been an athlete as long as I can remember. Soccer has become her number #1 sport and she drags US to practices not the other way around. She has always been seen as a leader by her teammates, coaches, parents, and even referees! Lindsey plays goalkeeper which is a tough position, both mentally and physically. Lindsey has aspired to this position through her hard work and tenacity. Team sports are a wonderful way for great kids like Lindsey to become great adults." - Mary Jo Thompson

  • When did you start playing soccer and why? Started playing at 8 years of age. Started goalkeeping at age 11
  • What does being a leader mean to you? Being a leader means having the ability to influence my team in a positive way. This drives me to perform better as a goalie.
  • Name a teammate or coach that inspires you and why? Chris Barocas- He has confidence in me and always pushes me to do my best.
  • Who is your favorite professional player? I have 2 favorite players. Hope Solo and Kelley O'Hara
  • What are some of your goals for the next next year on and off the pitch? Play as many games with ECNL as possible  and continue to improve as a keeper. My goals off the pitch are to continue making good grades and learn to play guitar
  • Describe your favorite soccer moment in your career. My favorite soccer moment was making it to the Final 4 in Region Cup last year.
