The Ruckus Continues its Community Efforts with an Important Donation

Ruckus SBSC Donation

Orlando City’s Supporter Clubs continue to make a difference in our community.  The latest example comes from The Ruckus, who provided a cash donation and nearly 200 pounds of food to the South Brevard Sharing Center (SBSC) – a non-profit organization devoted to providing assistance to families and individuals in need.

The SBSC provides assistance with food, household and hygiene items and furniture in an area of southern Brevard County where government funds are not available. A recent story on CF News 13 highlighted the organization’s empty pantry shelves, motivating the Ruckus to launch the successful food drive. Upon receiving the items, the SBSC were thrilled with the Ruckus’ caring and generous donation, posting a thank you message along with several images on their Facebook page.

Earlier this month, The Ruckus presented a $4,200 check to the New Image Youth Center after the organization was robbed of valuable school supplies and items.
