The Lions hold a 3W-4L-1D record against Huntsville and will look to respond following a 3-1 defeat in the March 2 season opener. In that match, Orlando City SC forward Shak Mohammed scored OCB’s first goal of the 2026 MLS NEXT Pro season.

Home Sweet Home

Across the 2026 MLS NEXT Pro campaign, the young Lions have been strong at home, holding a 4W-1L-3D record at Osceola County Stadium. Orlando City B enters the road matchup against Huntsville City FC coming off an unbeaten three-match homestand that included a 4-1 win over Inter Miami CF II on May 24 and a 5-2 victory over Chattanooga FC on May 31. The Lions capped the stretch with a 3-2 win over Carolina Core FC on June 7, rallying from a two-goal deficit with three unanswered goals.

Leão Stays Hot

Pedro Leão continued his strong run of form in the Lions’ victory over Carolina Core FC, converting from the penalty spot in the fifth minute of first-half stoppage time before adding a second in the 74th minute to draw Orlando City B level with the visiting side. The brace marked his second in as many matches and the second of his professional career after also scoring twice in the club’s May 31 win over Chattanooga FC.

Belgodere Opens Account

Orlando City Academy product Matthew Belgodere scored the game-winning goal for Orlando City B in the comeback victory over Carolina Core FC, with the strike marking the 16-year-old’s first professional goal. The midfielder delivered from distance to put the Lions in front and complete the rally, capping a three-goal unanswered run. He has now made 11 career appearances, including four starts, for Orlando City B since making his professional debut on March 2 against Huntsville City FC.
