ORLANDO, Fla. (Aug. 17, 2025) – Orlando City B has signed defender and 2025 MLS SuperDraft selection Titus Sandy Jr. to a two-year MLS NEXT Pro contract through 2026, it was announced today.

“Titus is a player that we really liked coming out of Clemson University, but unfortunately, an injury prevented him from joining us in our preseason preparations earlier this year,” said Orlando City SC General Manager & Sporting Director Ricardo Moreira. “He’s done everything he needed to do, returned to training this July after playing well in The Soccer Tournament in June and now we’re excited for him to have this opportunity with Orlando City B and to see what he can do within our system at the Club.”

Orlando City selected Sandy Jr. with the No. 46 overall pick in the 2025 MLS SuperDraft draft out of Clemson University. The Charlotte, N.C., native played all four years of his collegiate career at Clemson, making 24 starts in 48 total appearances, providing four assists and playing over 2,500 minutes. Sandy Jr. was also a member of Clemson’s 2023 National Championship team and was recognized in 2023 on the Academic All-ACC Team.

The center back played in The Soccer Tournament 2025, a 7v7 soccer tournament hosted in Cary, North Carolina, this past June for Drip FC, making six starts in six appearances, scoring three goals including one-game winner.

Orlando City B is set to take on Columbus Crew 2 at Historic Crew Stadium this afternoon, Sunday, Aug. 17. Kickoff is set for 3 p.m. ET on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.
