ORLANDO, Fla. (Aug. 26, 2026) — Orlando City B has loaned midfielder Dylan Judelson to Genoa CFC of Italy’s Serie A Enilive through June 2027, it was announced today.

As part of the loan, Genoa holds a purchase option. If Il Grifone exercises the option, the Lions would receive financial compensation, retain a sell-on percentage on a future transfer and could receive additional compensation if certain performance-based metrics are met. Per club policy, specific terms of the loan will not be disclosed.

“Dylan has consistently shown his work ethic, professionalism and commitment to improving his game,” said Orlando City SC General Manager and Sporting Director Ricardo Moreira. “An opportunity to join a club like Genoa is a reflection of the progress he has made during his time in our academy and with Orlando City B. We are proud to see another player from our development system earn the chance to continue his growth in a top European environment. Moves like this demonstrate the level of talent within our Academy system and the pathways that can be created when players continue to develop their talent and work hard.”

Judelson, 18, signed his first professional contract with Orlando City B on Aug. 5, 2025, and has made 22 starts in 34 appearances for the young Lions, scoring one goal and adding one assist. Internationally, Judelson has represented Canada at the youth level 30 times across various age groups, including the U-20, U-17 and U-15 teams. He has one goal and one assist with the U-20s.

“I'm excited for this opportunity and grateful to everyone at Orlando City who has helped me reach this point in my career,” said Judelson. “The Academy and Orlando City B have played a huge role in my development both as a player and as a person. The chance to join a club like Genoa is something I've worked toward, and I'm looking forward to the challenge. My goal is to make the most of this experience, improve every day, and see where it leads. I know this opportunity will be an important step in my career and I’m thankful to everyone who has supported me along the way.”

Judelson was a key piece of Orlando City Academy’s U-18 Generation adidas Cup title run in 2025 and was named to the East roster for the 2025 MLS NEXT All-Star Game, where he captained the side in Austin, Texas.
