DraftKings Players to Watch: Cyle Larin's History vs. NYCFC

Draft Kings Wek 3

This Friday, Orlando City takes on NYCFC in their first away game of the season. Here is a list of potential impact players to consider for your DraftKings roster.

Haven’t tried DraftKings? It’s easy. Each player is given a salary cap of $50,000 to draft their eleven player lineup. Players’ salaries are determined by their on-field performance, FPPG, or Fantasy Points Per Game.

Orlando City Players to look out for:

Cyle Larin-FWD: 12.7 FPPG $6,900—Last season Larin scored a hat trick in his sole visit to the Bronx against NYCFC. In only two games this season, the sophomore forward has scored in each game; both came without Kaka who has been sidelined by injury. As he’s only gotten better, Larin looks to have another stellar performance against NYCFC.

Antonio Nocerino- MID: 5.5 FPPG $3,600—Building off his first game of the season, Nocerino will no doubt look to make an impact with his new team. His strong training sessions and ability to quickly gel with the team bode well for the Italian star. Nocerino has impressed coaches and players with his skill and personality.

Kevin Molino-MID: 7.8 FPPG $4,000—Starting his third game of the season, Molino has been impressive in his second MLS season. Sidelined last year due to a torn ACL, Molino has yet to find the back of the net this season, but look for him to possibly breakout this Friday night.

Around the League:
Joao Plato- FWD: 11.2 FPPG $5,100—The Real Salt Lake forward now has two goals in two games along with an assist. Although he is facing a tough Timbers side, Plato will look to give Real Sale Lake the advantage.

Diego Valeri-MID: 17.9 FPPG $7,400—Don’t let the price tag scare you away, the Portland midfielder will continue to be the leader of the Timbers attack this week against Real Salt Lake. Valeri has scored at least 20 points per week this season. Even though he only has one goal in two games, Valeri has taken 10 shots this season had would have had an assist as well if teammates could finish in front of the goal.
