Kevin Molino Scoring At Will For Trinidad and Tobago

Molino Goal Article

Seeing Kevin Molino find the back of the net, whether in purple or black and red, is almost becoming routine.

After only scoring six times in three seasons with City (2011-2013), the Trinidadian has produced an astonishing 29 goals in all competitions this year – stemming from the USL PRO regular season, the U.S. Open Cup and international contests.

With Trinidad and Tobago vying for Gold Cup qualification, Molino opened his account in the Caribbean Cup Finals on Tuesday night with an absolute gem (see below), which also happened to be the game winner. No big deal…

Following his clutch performance against Curacao, Molino punished French Guiana on Thursday night with two “grown-man” finishes, guiding the Soca Warriors to a 4-2 victory.

More importantly, the win secured T&T’s second consecutive CONCACAF Gold Cup qualification ahead of their final group stage match against Cuba on Saturday night.

What are your thoughts on Molino’s development as a clinical finisher?
